  .. well not exactly minutes but it sure was fast. I called Ed after reading reviews here and was not sure what to expect. But my experience has been great. I had done some research about the issue before he showed up and was kind of aware of the problem. He was able to show up, identify the issue and replace the broken part and get out all in about an hour's time... He offers free evaluation so that was good if I had decided to shop around for rates... but one does not have that luxury when ones fridge is broken..don't know if there are other repairmen offering better rates but Ed worked for me...Already recommended him to a friend..
